How To Get The NLTK Downloader To Work WIth macOS Ventura 13.1 | SSL Certificate Failed Verify - Solved

I had an issue with the SSL certificate working for the NLTK downloader; it finally worked; I just needed to place the file in the same python folder as my main.py file. The next thing that I did was the following:
